01 RULE 1

Learning Pace & Student Progress

Quality First. Our curriculum is built around each child’s unique learning ability. We prioritise correct Tajweed and genuine understanding over speed.
No Fixed Deadline. Every child learns at their own pace. There is no strict timeframe to complete a level — progress depends on effort and regular practice.
One Step at a Time. The teacher will never advance to the next lesson until the current one is fully mastered and correctly recited.

02 RULE 2

Join 2–3 Minutes Early. Students must connect to the Google Meet link before the scheduled time. This ensures the class starts smoothly without delay.
No Extra Time for Late Arrivals. Classes run strictly on schedule. Teachers serve students across multiple international time zones back to back — late joiners will not receive extra time.
Cameras Must Stay On. Both the student and the teacher are required to keep their cameras on throughout the entire session for an interactive and focused environment.
Dress Code. Female students please wear a Hijab or Scarf. Male students should wear clean, respectful clothing.
Quiet Environment. Please ensure a distraction-free, quiet space for your child during every class session.

03 RULE 3

Academy’s Promise. If a class is ever missed or cancelled from our side, we will always provide a free makeup session — unconditionally.
Planned Absence. If your child needs to miss a class, please notify the Academy in advance. We will coordinate with the teacher to arrange a suitable makeup class.
No-Show Without Notice. If the teacher joins and waits but the student does not attend without any prior notice, no makeup class will be provided.
Rescheduling. All makeup classes are arranged at a time convenient for both the student and the teacher.

All absence notifications must be sent to the Academy — not directly to the teacher.

04 RULE 4

Recommended Device. We strongly recommend a Laptop, Desktop, or Tablet over a mobile phone. A larger screen improves learning quality and reduces eye strain.
Stable Internet. Please ensure a reliable, high-speed internet connection before every class begins.
Official Platform. All classes are conducted via the Academy-provided Google Meet link only. Do not use alternative or personal links.
Quiet Environment. Please ensure a distraction-free, quiet space for your child during every class session.
Dress Code. Female students please wear a Hijab or Scarf. Male students should wear clean, respectful clothing.

05 RULE 5

No Unauthorised Recording. Recording any class session — audio or video — without written permission from the Academy is strictly prohibited.
Use Official Channels Only. For rescheduling, fee queries, feedback, or any concern, please contact the Academy directly through our official support line.
No Direct Teacher Contact. Personal contact between parents and teachers outside of official OIQA channels is strictly not permitted. All communication must go through the Academy.

06 RULE 6

Payment Window. Tuition fees must be paid between the 1st and 10th of every month to ensure uninterrupted classes.
Mid-Month Enrolment. Students joining mid-month will be charged 50% of that month’s fee only.
Official Receipt. A digital payment receipt will be issued for every confirmed payment.
Payment Confirmation. After every transaction, please send the payment screenshot to our official WhatsApp immediately for quick verification.
Payment Details. Payment details will be provided via official message.
